New Director of Sales and Marketing

(Fairfax, VA -- May 29, 2001) Scanalytics is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Knipe as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Knipe has extensive experience in the field of image processing and analysis in both the life science and industrial markets.

Prior to joining Scanalytics, Mr. Knipe has held sales and product management positions with Media Cybernetics, Perceptive Scientific Instruments and Amersham Corporation. Mr. Knipe holds a BA degree in Biology from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland.
