Scanalytics Provides High Throughput Analysis Solutions

The system reads 96-well microtiter plates, images each well with a CCD camera and automatically records colony/object counts and statistics. Designed for rapid image capture and analysis, the IPLab Elispot Imager offers several time- and labor-saving features.

Features of the Elispot Imager
The IPLab Elispot Imager has a quick-load, snap-in plate holder for easy sample mounting. Its high-precision machine vision reads all brands of 96-well microtiter plates, and it provides computer-controlled, automatic image capture and analysis. This user-configurable system can scan and analyze a plate in minutes, and contains analytical parameters which can be scripted for run-to-run reproducibility.

IPLab Elispot Imager is a fully integrated, dual-platform imaging and analysis workstation. Operating under Scanalytics' IPLab software, an industry standard for over a decade, the Elispot Imager is simple to operate yet provides a comprehensive analytical regimen that is fully customizable by the investigator.

System Components include dual illumination fiber optics; a magnifying close-up lens with side-arm fiber optic illumination; a high-precision X-Y stage; a high-quality camera stand; and a joystick for setting up different varieties of plates and analyzing individually selected wells.

IPLab's sophisticated image analysis capabilities allow you to configure your own automated image capture and data reporting protocols. IPLab reports colony/object counts, intensity/O.D., object size, percent area coverage, as well as many other user-selectable data fields. Images and tabular data tables are available for on-screen display, printing, archiving and export to spreadsheets and databases.
